The More the Merrier

As our Spring/Summer recital approaches, we wanted to make sure that everyone knew that it was not only okay but encouraged to bring friends and family to the event. Community building around music is one of our core values at CMA and we want parents, grandparents, relatives and friends to all be a part of these special days.
 

Students gain so much from hearing each other play and playing for their peers. But they also gain a lot of confidence and experience if they have a crew of folks who show up and support them during the recitals. Plus, just saying that you or your child takes music lessons is nice. But when friends and family see your child get in front of crowd and perform, it brings a perspective with a lot more depth.

The Good Shepherd Center has a lot of space so don't be shy about inviting all of your family and friends to the recital.
